Just wondering if anyone watched the Food Hospital prog. on channel 4 on Wed evening.
There was a lady with R.A. Apart from being told she needed to lose weight, she was given food tips and advice.Her esr rate did drop a bit.
I had the food hospital book last xmas, its quite interesting. Just tells you what food may help with diff. health problems and advice on eating healthy. Also contains recipies.
Worth a read.... may be in libraries??

Just cracked us up- visions of plastic surgery for a dropping pear, post traumatic counselling for victims of the nutcracker etc
